Ijanaposa is a logistics company. We move goods, people and equipment — and the responsibility that travels with them.
Our range is deliberate. A parcel crosses Mukono by cargo tuk-tuk. A 300-tonne mobile crane drives itself to site. Between them sit manlifts to 32 metres, telehandlers, forklifts, hiabs, lowbeds, bowsers and certified lifting gear. One client, one contact, one set of documents.
We run our own workshop, so a machine leaving our yard arrives fit for work — and our client is never the one to find the fault. The checklist is done before the engine starts, not after the invoice.

Holds the contracts, the client relationships and the final call on whether a job is taken on. Signs off anything that changes the scope or the price after a quote has gone out.
Turns an enquiry into a plan: which machine suits the load and the site, the crew, the mobilisation sequence, and the lift plan or route plan where the job needs one. This is the function a client's project team talks to most.
Runs the lift on the ground. Checks the ground conditions and the exclusion zone before anything is rigged, briefs the crew, and has the authority to stop the job.
Owns the HSE regime: pre-use inspection, risk assessment, induction, incident reporting and the document pack a client's HSE team asks for. Independent of operations, so a stop-work call cannot be overruled by whoever is chasing the schedule.
Keeps the machines fit to work. Service schedules against hours and kilometres run, repairs, defect rectification, and the maintenance history on the asset register.
Plans routes, permits and escorts for heavy and abnormal loads, manages the drivers, and runs the daily vehicle checks.
Quotations, contracts and invoicing, so the invoice matches the quote and the work.
Insurance, statutory registrations and the personnel records behind every certificate we show a client.
National ID or passport checked against the person in front of us, and the driving permit classes the job needs checked against the licence, with the expiry date recorded
Operator, rigging, banksman, lift supervision, HSE and first aid certificates, checked back to the institution that issued them where the issuer can be reached
What the person has operated: category, make, model and capacity class, and when they last ran one. Experience recorded machine by machine

Fit for the work, and for work at height or in confined spaces where the job calls for it
Our own induction on safe systems of work, stop-work authority, PPE and incident reporting, before the first deployment
We hold every certificate, licence and medical against the person's record and flag it before it expires. Anyone whose certification has lapsed does not go to site until it is back in date.
Flagged before it lapses, and nobody goes to site on a lapsed certificate.
Toolbox talks before shifts, site induction on arrival at each new site, refresher training, and supervision on unfamiliar machines. Where a client's site has its own induction and permit system, our crews go through it like anyone else.
Identity, licences, certificates, equipment competency, work history and induction, checked the same way for network people as for our own.
