A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device so it can remember something between pages or between visits. Some are set by us. Some are set by services we use, such as analytics or an embedded map.
Related technologies work the same way and are covered by this policy: local storage, pixels and tags.
The first time you open this site you get a banner asking about cookies. You can accept all of them, accept only the essential ones, or open the preferences panel and decide group by group. Your answer is stored in a cookie so we do not ask again on every page.
Turning off analytics and marketing cookies does not break the site. Every page, every equipment listing and both request forms work with essential cookies alone.

Off until you allow them. These count visits and show us which pages people use, how they arrived, and where they give up. We look at it in aggregate, to decide what to write and what to fix. It is not used to identify you.
