Quality Health Safety Environment Manager
Didan Maniriho
Didan Maniriho is a seasoned Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) Manager with extensive international experience. He holds various professional certifications, including a NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and several OSHA Academy certifications related to oil and gas safety, construction worksite safety, and industrial hygiene. His academic background includes a B.A. in Social Sciences from Makerere University.
Maniriho has worked with prestigious organizations such as Sarens Integrated Logistics Tilenga Services, Sinopec, and Pernix Federal Construction, where he has held various HSE leadership roles. His key responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE management systems, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. He is skilled in risk assessments, incident investigations, and conducting safety training. His notable achievements include completing over 800,000 man-hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI) and developing crucial HSE documents for major projects.
Lifting Specialist
Robert Tayebwa
Robert Tayebwa is a highly skilled rigging professional with over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in lifting operations. He has extensive expertise in executing complex lifting tasks, moving heavy loads, and leading teams to ensure safe, efficient operations. Robert is well-versed in risk management and safety procedures, with certifications from the North Sea Lifting Academy, including Site Lifting Supervisor, Advanced Subsea Lifting, Rigging, and Lifting Technical Support, and more. He has supervised multiple lifting operations, conducted training, and ensured the proper use of equipment. His experience includes roles as Lifting Supervisor at ANDOC in Abu Dhabi, BANRO Corporation in Congo, and Weatherford Drilling International, where he coordinated teams, inspected equipment, and managed inventory. Robert is known for his technical competency, safety focus, and ability to lead teams in diverse environments, contributing to over 20 million man-hours without incidents.
Environment Specialist
Kagoro Wilson
Mr. Kagoro Wilson is a Ugandan Park Warden with extensive experience at the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA), currently based at Murchison Falls National Park. He is responsible for liaising with local communities, managing educational programs, implementing conservation activities, and overseeing resource use within the park. Previously, he was a Park Warden in charge of implementing park management plans and coordinating with various stakeholders. Mr. Kagoro holds a Master of Science in Education for Sustainability from London South Bank University and has several certifications in environmental and collaborative forest management. His work includes drafting management plans, creating project proposals, and contributing to conservation education initiatives. He is recognized for his strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to sustainable development and community engagement.
